I’m Seneca Williams—personal trainer, life coach, and mindfulness meditation teacher.
With a background in exercise science and physical therapy, I help people build strong, mobile bodies that move well and feel good. My approach to training goes beyond workouts—it’s about moving with intention, building real strength, and showing up for yourself with clarity and confidence.

I also offer manual stretching to support recovery, increase flexibility, and release built-up tension—so you feel better in your body, not just in the gym.

As a coach and meditation teacher, I guide clients inward. Every session, every offering, is rooted in presence. My work blends movement, breath, and self-inquiry to help you become more grounded, aware, and aligned in your life.
